Tuesday - Spanish

Today we worked on the verb Ir (to go). We learned how to conjugate it and translated many phrases and sentences. We also began to learn clothing vocabulary. There was a matching worksheet to practice this.

Today we continued to learn about tener and the many different ways to use this verb. We did a lot of sentences together and also practiced with some worksheets.

Friday

Math: 7th: Correct and return tests. Also, pages 241-242 #1-32, 1-19
8th: pages 347-348 #1-6, 1-6, 1-6

Geography: Work on your project.

Bible Memory: 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7

Thursday - Spanish

Today we continued to work with the verb tener and its many uses! We worked together a lot and there was also a worksheet to reinforce what we learned.

Thursday

Math: 7th grade had a test today.
8th: pages 345-347 #1-24, 1-30

Geography: Map quiz Friday
Work on your country project also. (Due next week)

Memory: 1 Corinthians 13:4-7

We learned how to use the verb haber. We learned and practiced the "hay" form of haber. We also learned the form that uses a past participle. At the end we reviewed classroom vocabulary with a game.
